ONGC have been at cutthroat competition for as long as they have been analyzed. ONGC has the advantage of being the market leader in Asia and has became popular. The consumers have been exposed to ONGC for longer and considering oil companies, it is a difficult to stay consistent in dire competition, something that might take time, more than effort to happen.

Having succeeded in delivering, the research’s conclusion backed by facts shows that ONGC is leading public company in Republic of India that continuous to present profit and revenue to its workers similarly as in government welfare programmes for the event of the economy value rate of growth.

6. To give the viewer a voice and perspective like never before.
7. With an aim to empower the common man with their basic needs and motivational senario.
8. To study the benchmark coverage that extends from corporate news, financial markets coverage, expert perspective on investing and management to industry verticals and beyond.
Participative (or participatory) management, otherwise referred to as worker involvement or participative higher cognitive process, encourages the involvement of stakeholders the least bit levels of a corporation within the analysis of issues, development of methods, and implementation of solutions.
Employees square measure invited to share within the decision-making method of the firm by collaborating in activities like setting goals, determinative work schedules, and creating suggestions. different varieties of participative management embrace increasing the responsibility of workers (job enrichment); forming self-managed groups, quality circles, or quality-of-work-life committees; and soliciting survey feedback. Participative management, however, involves over permitting workers to require half in creating selections.
