Seminar on Six Sense Technology

This is a Electronics & communication seminar on Sixth Sense technology, which is the science of tomorrow with the aim of connecting the digital world with the physical world seamlessly, eliminating hardware devices. Mistry’s love with the digital world began in the early 2000s when he pieced together four mouse rollers with pulleys and springs to give shape to a motion sensing device. This device interprets gestures made in the physical world and replicates them in the digital world. SixthSense bridges the gap by bringing intangible, digital information out into the tangible world, and allowing us to interact with this information via natural hand. Subscribe to our newsletter for latest projects.

Recommended Project: High Speed Packet Access (HSPA)

Sixth Sense recognizes the objects around us, displaying information automatically and letting us to access it in any way we need. The Sixth Sense prototype implements several applications that demonstrate the usefulness, viability and flexibility of the system. Allowing us to interact with this information via natural hand gestures. The potential of becoming the ultimate "transparent" user interface for accessing information about everything around us. ECE Project on Clap Switch

Clap Switch is a switch which can switch on/off any electrical circuit by the sound of the clap and for this interesting reason we have choose this project as a Mini project for Electronics Engineer. The basic idea of clap switch is that the electric microphone picks up the sound of your claps, coughs, and the sound of that book knocked off the table. It produces a small electrical signal which is amplified by the succeeding transistor stage. Two transistors cross connected as a bi-stable multi-vibrator change state at each signal. This circuit is constructed using basic electronic components like resistors, transistors, relay, transformer, capacitors.

Circuit diagram of Clap Switch

The operation of the circuit is simple. If we clap the lamp turns on and to switch it off clap again. The condenser microphone picks up the sound of your claps, coughs, and the sound of that book knocked off the table. It produces a small electrical signal which is amplified by the succeeding transistor stage. Two transistors cross connected as a bi-stable multi-vibrator change state at each signal. One of these transistors drives a heavier transistor which controls a lamp. This circuit can switch on and off a light, a fan or a radio etc by the sound of a clap.

Recommended Project: Near Field Antenna Modulation

The basic principle of this clap switch circuit is that it converts sound signal into electrical energy. The input component is a transducer that receives clap sound as input and converts it to electrical pulse. The basic idea of clap switch is that the electric microphone picks up the sound of your claps, coughs, and the sound of that book knocked off the table.

This project report contains block diagram, circuit diagram, complete working, application, advantages etc. for your help. Use this report for your reference work only and don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter for free projects.

Technology of High Speed Packet Access (HSPA)

This is Electronics seminar report on HSPA technology, which is widely used in mobile broadband technology. It was already built in more than 3.8 billion connection with GSM family of technologies. The High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) technology is referred to both High Speed Downlink Packet Access (3GPP Release 5) and to High Speed Uplink Packet Access (3GPP Release 6). The Evolved HSPA technology or HSPA + is the evolution of HSPA that extends operator’s investments before the next generation’s technology 3GPP Long Term Evolution (LTE or 3GPP Release 8). The HSPA technology is implemented on third generation (3G) UMTS/WCDMA network and accepted as the leader in mobile data communication. You can also subscribe to our FREE newsletter below for more such projects and seminar.

Technology of High Speed Packet Access (HSPA)

The main idea of HSDPA concept is a growth of packet access throughput with methods known from Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM)/ Enhanced Data Rates for Global Evolution (EDGE) standards, involving link adaptation and fast physical layers (L1) retransmission combining. The demand of arriving to possible memory requirements and bringing control for link adaptation closer to the air interface brought forward the High Speed Downlink Shared Channel (HS-DSCH).

Recommended Project : Report on Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM)

HSPA+, or Evolved High-Speed Packet Access, is a technical standard for wireless, broadband telecommunication. HSPA+ enhances the widely used WCDMA (UMTS) based 3G networks with higher speeds for the end user that are comparable to the newer LTE networks. HSPA+ was first defined in the technical standard 3GPP release 7 and expanded further in later releases.

ECE Project on P-N Diode Diffusion

This is a final year major electronics project on PN diode diffusion. Today there are so many reasons for using a diffusion technique in the process of fabrication of a p-n diode. This is because the diodes are the most commonly used semiconductor devices in almost all types of the electronic circuits. A diode plays a very important role in a circuit due to its property to conduct only in forward direction. It does not allow any current to pass through it when it is in reverse bias mode. You can also Subscribe to FINAL YEAR PROJECT'S by Email for more such projects and seminar.

P-N Diode Diffusion

Chemical cleaning is one of the most important part of the diffusion process. It is necessary in the beginning of the process because it provides a fresh silicon wafer for diffusion. Initially when wafer is cut from a big size wafer or from a large wafer then it is essential that is must be cleaned properly. This is done in order to remove all the unwanted impurities that may cause problem during the diffusion process of the p-n junction diode.

Simulation of Double Gate Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (FET)

This is final year electronics project report on "Simulation of double gate tunnel field effect transistor (FET)". Tunnel FETs, which are gated p-i-n diodes whose on-current arises from band-to-band tunneling, are attractive new devices for low-power applications due to their low off-current and their potential for a small sub threshold swing. Numerical simulations of DG Tunnel FETs such as the ones presented in this thesis allow the investigation of the device physics, with the possibility to see inside a device through cross sections in 2D to obtain optimal DGTFET structure for low power application. You can also Subscribe to FINAL YEAR PROJECT'S by Email for more such projects and seminar.

Above image shows the Contour plot of Electric Field across DGTFET before optimization. The numerical simulations presented in this thesis have been carried out using a non-local band-to-band tunneling model in Silvaco Atlas. Numerical simulations based on correct underlying models are important for emerging devices, since they can provide insights about optimization before fabrication is carried out, can aid the understanding of device physics through 1D and 2D cross sections, and can be the basis for the formation of an accurate compact model.

The biggest future challenge is to successfully design and fabricate fully-optimized Tunnel FETs of both n-type and p-type, that show low off-currents beyond what is possible for conventional MOSFETs, high on-currents, and average sub-threshold swings of less than 60 mV/decade at room temperature. Use this report only for your reference and study work.
