2. To improve training and development programs used in the company.

3. To know how the performance of the employees is being appraised.

4. To provide better employee welfare.

5.To increase the labor productivity.


The following point shows the internal and external factors affecting the market opportunities for ITC. This SWOT analysis also shows ITC internal strengths such as their experienced management team, a competitive product line, a global marketing realm, and the continuous efforts by their research and development to research trends in the industry and to be creative in exploiting those trends.
