Effectiveness of Recruitment & Selection Process at SPI Technologies

This is MBA final year project report on "study on effectiveness of recruitment & selection process, SPI Technologies" at Pondicherry. Both primary and secondary sources were used to collect data. The primary data is collected from both employers and employees of SPi technologies through a well constructed questionnaire. Effectiveness of Recruitment & Selection Process at SPI Technologies

The objectives of this study were to identify general practices that organizations use to recruit and select employees, determine which recruitment and selection practices are most effective, to determine how the recruitment and selection practices affect organizational etc.

The study on effectiveness of recruitment and selection process provides the organization to know how effectively the process is going on because attrition rate is one of the major factors in call centers. Use it for your reference and study work only.
