Main objective of this project are to find out the satisfaction level of customer towards ponlait, to identify the customer expectation, to recognize the relationship between the customer and company, to find the customer attitude towards milk in ponlait etc. Some of the tools used in Customer Satisfaction analysis are regarding to:
1. Percentage Method.
2. Chi-Square Method.
