Women Growth in Corporate Sector

Objective of this study are to share different experiences of the woman’s working in the corporate sector and see what challenges they are facing in the cooperate world, to trace the problem at hand from the social/religious and cultural theories and practices of which is different at some point to totally compare woman and men to be the same or different on the other hand, to understand the awareness among women about various schemes and agencies promoting their working in India, Women hold a key position in the shaping of the next generation, and in the life of there, to identify major factors promoting / hindering women working in India.
