Li-Fi is implemented using white LED light bulbs at the downlink transmitter. These devices are normally used for illumination only by applying a constant current. However, by fast and subtle variations of the current, the optical output can be made to vary at extremely high speeds. This very property of optical current is used in Li-Fi setup.

This functional procedure is extremely simple, if your LED will be ON, anyone send a digital 1, in the event that it’s away anyone send a new 0. This LEDs could be traded on/off quickly, giving pleasant chances pertaining to transmitting files. For this reason most that is required will be several LEDs plus a controller which value files directly into people LEDs.

The LIFI™ product consists of 4 primary sub-assemblies:
• Bulb
• RF power amplifier circuit (PA)
• Printed circuit board (PCB)
• Enclosure
The PCB controls the electrical inputs and outputs of the lamp and houses the micro-controller used to manage different lamp functions.
Application of LiFi (Light Fidelity) Technology
Li-Fi found its application in Airways, Green information technology, multi user communication, Underwater ROV etc. and has many advantages which are discussed in this project report. Use this report on LiFi only for your study and reference purpose.
The design and construction of the LIFI™ light source enable efficiency, long stable life, full spectrum intensity that is digitally controlled and easy to use.
