Customer Care Administration System is developed to deal with all the aspects of Customer Relationship Management. The proposed systems of this project are: -
1. This is an application intended to provide automated solution to customer’s problem/complaint.
2. The customer can book the problem/complaint round the clock.
3. Problem/complaint can be registered in two ways:
i) From any computer connected to Internet.
ii) Through telephone.
This report includes the data flow diagram, ER diagram, project output screens etc. Use it for your reference and study work only.
