Simulation of Single Phase Inverter with PWM using Matlab
This is a good Power Engineering project report on "Modeling and simulation of single phase Inverter with PWM using Matlab/Simulink". This thesis is submitted as partial fulfillment of the requirement for the award of the Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering (Power System). The model was implemented using MATLAB/Simulink with the SimPowerSystems Block Set. The Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) model was used as switching device. This project is purposed to use MATLAB/Simulink software to design, analysis and evaluation of power electronic converter and their controllers. This project is focus on modeling and simulation of single phase inverter as a frequency changer modulated by Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM). An inverter is a circuit that converts DC sources to AC sources. Above image shows the functional block diagram of this project in MATLAB window. Use this report for your reference and study work.
