MCA Project on Workload Management System

This is a good MCA thesis project report on "workload management system". In this project, a database system is to be created to track current and projected workload as well as to fit an engineer's expertise and preferences to existing projects. 

Furthermore, the engineers’ information of skills and experience will be stored in the database which can be queried so that the additional hiring can be determined.

 


The role of the administrator in this project is solely to add and delete user accounts in the system.

Furthermore, only administrators can add and delete user accounts. 

 All non-managerial users can only modify their own personal records and change their own passwords. All other functionality can only be performed by managers. Use this project for your reference and study work only.
