Led Traffic Light Diploma Electronics Project Report

This is a Diploma project for Electronics students on Led Traffic Light which tell us about LED lights. This Project report contains circuit diagram, introduction, actual project picture, information about 9-V battery, 555 timer etc. and explain all this very well. We all know very well that by doping a substrate material with different materials, a p-n junction is formed within the semiconductor crystal. The LED traffic Light circuit controls 6 LEDs (red, yellow and green) for both north/south directions and east/west directions. The material need to construct this project are 555 timer, 4017-Decade Counter, 1N914 Diode, LED 9 V, RED,Yellow,Green Color, Transistors-2N3904, 180, 47K, 10K Ohms Resistors, Capacitor, 10 μF, 30V, 9-Volt Battery etc.
