Electrical Project on Micropositioner Using Integrated Photodiode Sensors

This is a Closed-Loop Control based project on Micropositioner Using Integrated Photodiode Sensors for Electrical Engineering for their final year Project. And has been implemented in a microball bearing supported linear electrostatic micro-motor to improve accuracy and reliability.Use this for your reference and study purpose only. The closed-loop position control system presented in this work illustrates the feasibility and functionality of smart microsystems using integrated feedback sensors.
