Electronic Load Controller

This is an Electronic Load Controller for microhydro system which is a low cost solution to small water turbine installations.ELC uses a quartz crystal for reference, and in normal operation it locks the generator/turbine speed to this quartz, resulting in highly accurate frequency control. Modifying it for three phases would require a lot more parts. And it has no user load protection features against over- or under voltage, or incorrect frequency, being instead just a basic ELC.
