In the following database system we keep a track of all the medications the child is going through, a record of each visit including the child’s height and weight, the problem during a particular visit and the treatment undergone. Since a child’s health is directly related to its mother’s health, we would also keep a track of the mother’s health history, i.e. the problems she is facing and the medications she is taking.
