This study focus on to measure, evaluate and compare the financial performance of SBI and ICICI Bank which one related to the public sector and private sector respectively. The project is based on secondary information that has been acquired from annual reports of the respective banks, magazines, journals, documents and other published information. This study covers the period of 5 years i.e. from year 2007-08 to year 2011-12 and is very useful for reference of management project.
