Study on Effect of Welfare Measures on Employee Morale

This is a MBA summer project report on study on effect of welfare measures on employee morale in Hidesign, Puducherry which is submitted in partial fulfillment for the award of the degree MBA. The welfare measure is “An effort to make life worth living for workmen”. It motivates employee to a great extent which leads to organizational growth.
