Mixing Process Using Automation EEE Project

This is a Control engineering project on Mixing Process using Automation, which is a PLC based project. This project is used to mix different chemical and liquids on a particular pressure and temperature due to these parameter different Requirements in industries are achieved. For mixing process three tanks are used, two tank is use for storage and third tank is use for mixing of chemical. Gear motor is used for mixing process and solenoid valve is use for draining and filling purpose and level sensor sense the level of chemical and gear motor use for the movement of stirrer. This paper describes the SCADA & PLC's systems in terms of their architecture, their interface to the process hardware, the functionality and the application development facilities they provide. The report also tells about PLC wiring, its merits etc. In this project Allen Bradley Micrologix 1000 PLC is used. Use this report for your reference and study work.
