This integrated EHR system can be used wirelessly by caregivers at different locations in the hospital setting to record and input all important patient data, including clinical information, up-to-date status reports, laboratory results, medication and medical imagery.The system is based on a three-tier architecture: client, server and database.There are two primary client components: a desktop application that is used by radiologists and a mobile component that is used by physicians.
